但很多人只盯着主申请人的获批，却忘了配偶和子女要”跟着过来”还得单独走一道受养人手续。今天把受养人安排一次讲明白。
01
谁可以作为受养人
受养人范围很清晰：配偶，以及18岁以下未婚及受养的子女。保证人须是已在港就业、就读、投资，或经优才、高才通、专才、新资本投资者入境计划等来港的人士。
如果保证人是香港永久性居民或不受逗留期限约束的居民，受养人范围还能扩展到60岁或以上的父母。普通通过人才计划来港的，暂时带不了父母。
简单说：配偶和未成年子女是标准配置，父母要看保证人的身份层级。

2026年一个关键时间变化
从2026年3月1日起，高才通、一般就业政策、专才、科技人才入境、IANG、优才及新资本投资者等计划获准来港的人士及其受养人，可提前在逗留期限届满前3个月内递交延长逗留期限申请。
这意味着主申请人和受养人的续签，可以一并提前规划，不用等到临期才手忙脚乱。受养人的逗留期限，一般与保证人的逗留期限挂钩。
