IV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: I am an international seller, why can't I sell in Noon Egypt?

A: According to Noon Egypt site policy, all sellers selling on Noon Egypt must have a company that is a locally registered entity in Egypt. International sellers are not currently able to enter Noon Egypt.

Q: Is bank information mandatory for registration?

A: No. Providing bank account information at the registration stage is optional. However, it is strongly recommended that you add the correct bank information during registration or as soon as possible after registration to ensure that you will receive payment for your sales in a smooth and timely manner. Without bank information, Noon cannot make payments to you.

Q: If I have submitted documents before (e.g. license renewal), do I need to resubmit all the documents?

A: Not required. It is only necessary to resubmit a specific document if Noon requires it to be updated or if your existing document (e.g. business license, VAT certificate) has expired. Avoid submitting the same valid documents.

Q: What should I do if the name on my ID does not match the name on my business license?

A: You must provide a valid, certified power of attorney. This document needs to be signed by the legal person/owner listed on the business license, expressly authorizing you (or designee) to register and operate on the Noon platform on behalf of that company.
