深圳做跨境的老周，Takealot店铺月销一直稳定，可每次回款都肉疼——钱到了第三方平台，换汇加手续费层层扒皮，一年算下来比同行多花不少。

The General Timeline for Receiving Payments
Takealot的回款流程相对透明。订单妥投、买家确认收货后，款项进入可结算状态；平台每周四生成账单，卖家申请提现，约3个工作日到账至你的跨境收款账户。
收款方式支持XTransfer、万里汇、派安盈等主流平台。其中XTransfer等可提供南非兰特本地收款账户，销售额直接提现到该账户，再结汇回国。
不同路径的差别，主要集中在”从兰特到人民币”这一段的成本。前面卖货、平台结算都一样，真正的损耗发生在换汇和通道费上。

两条路径，成本差一倍
Article 1 isLocal Store Route (Recommended)：注册南非公司、开FNB本地银行账户，回款链路是 Takealot → 南非公司银行账户（兰特）→ 自主换汇回国。
FNB换汇手续费约0.5%到1%，XT等机构换汇成本约0.2%到0.4%，合计不超过1.5%，资金全程在自己账户内，安全系数高。
Article 2 isCross-Border Store Path：通过Payoneer等第三方支付机构中转，手续费约1%到1.5%，换汇成本约1%到1.5%，合计约3%。
比本土店高出1.5到2个百分点，且中间多一道流转，到账慢3到5个工作日。钱在别人账上多停几天，对现金流也是隐性成本。

一笔账算清差距
月销售额5万兰特（约2万人民币）的店，本土店年回款成本约9000兰特，跨境店约1.8万兰特，一年差9000兰特。
月流水10万兰特的店，差距能到3.6万兰特以上（约1.4万人民币）。对利润本就不厚的卖家，这几乎是纯利的差额。
更现实的是，本土店的资金全程在自己账户内，不经由第三方中转，合规和安全上的余地也更大。做长期生意，这比省一道手续费更重要。

Don't Cross the Compliance Line
中国对外汇有明确规定：个人每年有5万美元的结汇额度。以个人身份收款，注意不要超额度。
更合规的做法，是在国内注册外商投资企业（WFOE），或以香港公司名义接收南非公司股息分红，资金以”合法股息”形式汇回，不涉及个人结汇额度限制。
2026年Takealot在4月重启招商、门槛明显提高，营业执照满6个月、具备同主体跨境店铺链接、注册资本≥35万的”正规军”获优先审核。架构搭好，反而比裸奔更安全。
