2026年香港优才计划，仍是内地人拿香港身份最普遍的方式之一。成本低、无行业限制、不用先找雇主，灵活度高。
但2024年11月起，旧版打分制已取消，换成12 assessment guidelines——符合其中6项就能递交。门槛看似清晰，哪类人最容易过？

12项准则取代旧打分
12项准则分六大范畴：(a person's) age（50岁或以下）、Education（合资格大学硕士或博士，STEM学科额外加分）、语文（具备两种语言、或良好英文）、Work Experience（5年一般经验，或3年名企/特定行业经验，或2年国际经验）、全年收入（前一年达100万港币）、业务所有权（公司年盈利500万港币或持股上市公司）。
符合其中至少6项，即可进入下一轮甄选。注意：门槛可能不时调整，递交前务必按最新标准自测。

这三类人相对好拿
第一类：名校理工硕博 + 名企经验 + 双语。学历占2到3项，名企或特定行业（创新科技、金融、国际贸易）经验再占多项，STEM背景正好卡中香港人才缺口。
第二类：高收入人群。前一年全年收入达100万港币（或等值外币），直接占1项，叠加学历和语言很容易凑够。
第三类：企业主。现持业务实体，前一年盈利达500万港币，或持有上市公司相当比例股份，业务所有权一项就能加分。

材料准备留足时间
优才材料较多，入境处要通过各种证明了解你的真实水平。学历、工作证明、收入凭证、公司股权文件，每一条都要对应得上。
一般建议预留一个月准备材料。学历须为香港认可的硕士或博士学位，从持续教育学院、分校拿的学历通常不被接受；英文名校看QS/FT排名，且只认研究生课程。
优才只是拿身份的第一步，后面还有续签和永居。申请前先想清楚赴港规划，比盲目冲分更重要。
