V. Three Things to Do After Receiving Your Certificate

1. First: Submit updated KYC/CRS compliance documentation to the bank—this is the most urgent action; every day of delay adds another day of risk.

2. Second: Set up a renewal reminder for three years from now (we recommend setting it up three months in advance)—the CoR is not valid indefinitely, and once it expires, data will resume being pushed.

3. Third: If the company undergoes any changes (name change, change in shareholders, or capital increase), promptly assess whether the Certificate of Registration (CoR) needs to be updated—since the company’s circumstances have changed, the original CoR may no longer be valid.

It’s not that you can’t handle it yourself, but rather that you should clearly understand the true costs and risks of both options before deciding which one is more cost-effective.
