Enterprise Caiying's first "Youth and Blue Program - Internal Trainer Empowerment Training Camp" was officially launched.

We often say: doing business services is essentially a people business.

Every communication, every program, every delivery, and ultimately to the specific "people". So a while ago, we sorted out the talent portrait of the eight major business positions - a clear definition of what kind of people we really need.

But getting people "in" is only the first step. How to let them take root, grow and shine here, and even become people who can light up others, is the next thing we have to take more seriously.

On February 7, Enterprise Caiying Group launched the "Green and Blue Plan - Internal Trainer Empowerment Training Camp".

The name is derived from the phrase "the blue is superior to the blue", which implies that we not only want to grow ourselves, but also to pass on the growth.

One,Why we need to train our own internal trainers

In the business services industry, competence does not stand alone. A consultant's specialization, the effectiveness of a set of methods, the inspiration of a case - if it can be precipitated and passed on, it allows the whole team to take the road less traveled and get up to speed faster.

So we decided to grow a "coaching team" from the inside. They come from the front line of business, understand the pain points of customers, know the practical difficulties; they should not only know how to do it themselves, but also know how to teach, bring and inspire.

This is also an extension of our practice of "Talent Portrait": not only selecting the right people, but also cultivating and accomplishing them.

Two,What did we learn at this internal trainer boot camp?

This training does not end with a lecture and a certificate.

Let's start with the most fundamental question:

Who are internal trainers anyway? What is to be undertaken?

-Not someone who just goes on stage and says a few words, but a distiller of experience, a transmitter of methods, and a companion of growth.

How do you take a fragmented experience and turn it into a logical lesson?

We learned "Structured Thinking" not to look good, but to make the participants understand, remember and take away.

What if you are nervous about standing on stage? How do you get an audience to want to listen?

From the opening 3 minutes to the closing how to accept, we practice expression, learn to control the scene, and treat every sharing as a "service delivery".

How can coursework be done without being boring? How to design interaction without embarrassment?

We use real business scenarios to design courseware, and use group discussions and questions to guide the classroom to "come alive".

The 1-day program is packed with classes from 10am to 7pm.

But more than the course, it is the real business problems, the training needs to be solved, and the seriousness of "wanting to pass on what I know to the next group of partners" that everyone brings.

Three,Professionalism is an ongoing delivery

At Enterprise Finance, we don't often use big words like "nurturing talent".

We prefer to think of it as an ongoing transmission:

Take good experiences and pass them from one person to a group of people;

Take the right approach and spread it from one team to the entire organization;

Handing over the sincerity and professionalism of serving clients from old partners to new ones.

The "Green and Blue Program" is just the beginning. We believe that when there are more and more people in the organization who are willing to share and good at leading, what we provide to our clients is not only the professionalism of one person, but also the systematic ability of the whole team to evolve continuously.

Four,Only through the continuous growth of employees can we continue to create value for our customers.

From sorting out the "Talent Portrait" to carrying out the "Youth and Blue Plan", from newcomer training to expert certification programs ...... At Enterprise Caiying, we have planned a clear growth path for our employees from newcomers to elites, from professionals to managers. We plan a clear growth path for our employees from newcomers to elites and from professional to management:

Newcomers, through the "pre-service training + boot camp" rapid integration, onboarding and performance breakthroughs;

Growing employees receive layered empowerment based on the "Talent Growth Map", with courses covering all business scenarios and core skills advancement;

High potential and managers, through the reserve cadres and middle management training system, to complete the systematic selection, practice and certification, to achieve the turn from business to management.

All of this stems from our belief that "talent is service power": only through the continuous growth of our employees can we create sustainable value for our customers.
