▶申请门槛调整:放宽了企业类的股权占比要求,占股≥50%即可按企业净利润相应股权比例的利润金额来申请。

▶延长A类逗留期限:A类人才首次签证期限由2年延长到3年,续签模式为“3+3+3”。

▶续签政策优化:明确了续签四种情形和优化细节,除香港本地雇佣和在香港开办业务外,新增细分非雇佣合约式工作模式以及跨境企业高薪人才在港缴税两种情形,且明确高才续签转其他人才政策需满足高才续签要求和另一项人才计划申请要求,以及雇佣合同时间影响续签时长等细节。
▶永居政策优化:明确高才激活身份后2年不赴港,会影响到永居时间(不赴港2年或不计入7年永居时间)。
4)2025年:门槛提高和优化续签港府在2025年也对高才通做出了不少调整和优化,其中最明显是A类门槛的提高:
▶高校范围再扩增:1月再次调整合资格院校名单,全球共计199所大学合资格,其中中国内地共有23所高校上榜。
▶申请费用上涨:2月26日起,签证期限调整为两级收费,首次申请和续签均需支付申请费,申请即交600元,签证费按天计算,180天内=600港元/人次,超180天=1300港元/人次。
▶高A类申请门槛调整:5月调整高才A类申请门槛,以公司业务收入申报高A,收入的计算时间调整为申请前一个评税年度,且申请人持股(需超50%)时间至少1个评税年度,表明不接受临时转股或者新成立的公司。
▶明确计划继续推行:李家超8月明确“有一半人愿意留港,高才通就要继续”,9月《施政报告》再次明确高才续签成果不错,会继续推行。
5)2026年:继续扩增+明确价值香港高才通计划2026年继续调整合资格院校名单,但是也明确续签跟经济价值挂钩,继续巩固“两址两税”的续签要求。
▶再次调整院校名单:2026年1月入境处再次调整高才通合资格院校名单,新增5所,删除4所,最终确定200所符合的学士学位毕业生符合资格。
▶香港税务居民判定核心变革:如果一个持有香港身份证的人士在港停留超过180天,不一定就能被判定为香港税务居民,还需其家庭、主要资产、子女教育及社会关系的“生活重心”在香港才可,判定标准从“天数计算”到“实质判断”,这项政策也同样反映了现阶段香港对人才的态度。

02 Eligibility Criteria for Hong Kong High Achievers

03 Requirements for Renewal of Hong Kong Talent Pass
Business owners applying for High Talent Pass Category A need to have a company revenue of more than HK$2.5 million and be able to provide proof of tax payment, corresponding company shareholding information, relevant financial status of the company and other supporting documents.
There are four renewal requirements for the Highly Talented A category:According to the Hong Kong Immigration Department's policy on the renewal of Highly Talented Persons (HSP) visas, HSPs need to fulfill one of the following requirements in order to renew their visas:
① Employment:本人被香港本地公司聘用+学位持有人担任岗位+市场水平的薪资+在港纳税等

04 香港高才A类怎么续签不用长期赴港?
